| So I've noticed there's been a flux of people either bringing in or wanting to bring in Women characters, and to be honest, I'm all for it. I really wanted to start this women's division up. I made a promise to the guys we wouldn't have the cross-gendered divisions where men would face women on a weekly basis, just to keep this fed in a bit of realism. Now, I don't want to tell anyone they can't join, in fact I encourage it. So here's my question: Should we start the division, and if so, would you bring in a character to make this seem like more than two or three people?

| I'd like to see one, although with me being new to this I'd like to just stick with Thrax for now. I'd consider adding a female character down the line though.

| To be honest, I've been getting a bit of an itch to RP as Cristal for a while now, going back to the tail end of CZW.
I'd definitely be up for it, although I do think we'd need a decent number of people to make it worthwhile.

| Ok here is my 2 cents, if we can find actually people who want to have a women wrestler than ok, but if we are only going to have guys here create another wrestler than I’m not in favor of adding this division. Some people here are already handling multiple wrestlers and in James’s case more than two, we just had an influx of new talent join which mean we are already going to have to add more matches per show but then to add one or two more diva matches or not book guys so your chick can have a meaningless match against my chick is pointless in my opinion, on top of that we still don’t have enough writers to cover this week, one match is still left to write, I say hold off for now and see how we do with the new guys we have and if you want to mix in a few mixed tag matches then ok, but to just start a new division right now is more than I think we as writer can handle, but once again this is just my opinion.

| well we just had a new chick sign up, i know Ruth would JUMP at the chance to be ruth again, EP only has one character and i wouldnt mind him full timing with Cristal, added to the fact that we now have a 6 strong writing team with Sawyer and BB etc that would pick up spare matches im all for it, as long as its one match per card (right now)

| Like I said this was just my opinion, it sounds like you want to do this, I just wanted to put it out there some of the problems we might face, with more matches already being added to the card with the new people we have. I agree I don’t want to tell people they can’t join, but we have about 7-8 writers that are willing to write each week, so we need to keep that in mind, and we are going to need more than just EP, Liz and Maddie so people are going to have to create there female, I use Morgan Mayhem, or should I say I stole Morgan Mayhem and I could use her in a pinch if you need her, but they are not going to be great rp’s as Buzzsaw is my main attention right now, and I agree no more than 1 diva match a week, I think we could also mix in the EP and Crystal v. Jun and Ruth or Maddie and someone v. two people, like I said it seems like you guys want this so if you do run with it, just giving the other perspective on it and don’t want to see us cut shitty rp’s for the ladies b/c we are too busy and couldn’t get around to it, what’s the point of having it if we do it half ass.

| We just need to put a cap on mulitple characters, and also if it seems one character is suffering due to concetration on another character then it's up to the staff to make the call and ask that RPer to drop a character. I agree with your points Buzz, but then again a Divas division should not be put on hold simply because we dont have enough Divas, even a mixed feud etc would work, and if we had a division on the go it might encourage more female RPers to sign up, like the recent addition. I dont want to knock her back simply because we have a no mix policy.
Anyhoo. The staff will discuss it and come up with a dicision anon. Thanks for the imput guys

| To be honest, I got rid of Lydia as Slate's valet because much like how the RP went, I felt like she really wasn't doing anything for him and it wasn't working out like I wanted it to. That said, she certainly has a persona of her own (and even a move list, though it was never published, much less used) so I could consider that her "face turn" and bring her in as a wrestler.

| Well I agree with Buzzsaw as far as "hey lets all create new wrestlers so we can have more matches just for the sake of saying we have female characters". However, I do think if we have at least 4 normal female characters (valet's, women RPers, etc) then I'm for it..there are several ways to inject them into the fed and have it move seemlessly rather than trying to have a bit of affirmative action.
As for matches that involve a female taking on a guy, I'm all for that, I think it's cool..women and others get discriminated against every day in the real world and TOLD what they are and aren't capable of, and in real life, there may be a bit of a physical disadvantage at times...but this isn't real life. It's an efed where 90% of us are writing characters that do stuff that NONE of us will ever be able to, or even dream of doing...not fair to say "we can dream big here, but you're stuck with the restraints of the prejudice real world..."
